Rust Raid Alarm

Terms of Service

Plain rules for using Rust Raid Alarm. Read section 8 carefully — it says what we do not promise.

Version of 2026-09-29

Draft: operator details are not filled in

The bracketed fields below must be filled in site/lib/legal.js before publishing.

1. Who we are

Rust Raid Alarm (the "Service") is operated by [имя оператора], a private individual based in [страна] ("we", "us").

Contact for any question, request or complaint: [контактный e-mail].

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Facepunch Studios, Valve, Telegram or Discord.

2. What the Service does

The Service watches the Smart Alarms and devices you paired in Rust through the official Rust+ companion interface, and when one triggers it raises an alarm: messages in Telegram and Discord, a real phone call, and repeats until somebody acknowledges it.

It also offers a team dashboard: server status, live map, cameras, raid history, an enemy watchlist and smart switches.

To work, it needs you to link your own Rust+ account and to pair your devices in game. Nothing works until you do both.

3. Who may use it

You must be at least 16 years old, or older if that is the minimum age for online services where you live, and able to enter into a binding agreement.

One team is one Telegram group, or one person playing solo. The person who created the team is its owner and controls the plan, the members and deletion of the team.

4. Your account, your team

Invite codes, connect codes and dashboard keys are secrets. Anyone holding one can see your team data and, depending on the plan, flip your in-game switches. Treat them like a password and do not post them publicly.

You are responsible for whom you let into your team and for what those people then do with the access.

5. Your Rust+ link

You authorise us to store a Rust+ token for your team and to use it to receive game notifications and to read and control the devices you paired. The token is stored encrypted.

This token does not give access to your Steam account, your Steam credentials or your inventory. You can remove it at any time in the dashboard — the "Unlink" button on the Rust+ link — and it is deleted immediately.

Link only accounts that are yours. Do not use the Service with someone else’s Rust+ or Steam account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for anything unlawful, or to break the rules of Rust or of the game server you play on;
  • use the enemy watchlist to harass, threaten, dox or stalk real people — it exists to tell you who is online, nothing more;
  • resell, sublicense or rebrand the Service without our written agreement;
  • attack, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or bypass plan limits;
  • automate the Service in a way that puts unreasonable load on Facepunch, Telegram, Discord, Valve or us.

7. Things outside our control

The Service is built on top of other people’s systems: Rust+ (Facepunch), Telegram, Discord, Google push delivery and the Steam Web API. Any of them may change, restrict, break or withdraw access at any time, with no notice and no obligation to us.

This is not hypothetical. Facepunch removed map markers for everything except your own team in August 2026, and a server wipe kills your pairing token and requires you to pair again in game.

We adapt as fast as we reasonably can and will tell you when something breaks. We cannot promise that a third party keeps working, and we are not responsible when one does not.

8. What we do not promise

This is the most important section, so it is written plainly: we do not guarantee that any particular alarm will reach you, reach you in time, or wake you up.

We work hard at this — several independent channels, repeated escalation, a self-check that reports its own failures — and still, delivery depends on your phone and its battery and silent mode, your network, Telegram, Discord, Google, Facepunch, your server, and your in-game devices being alive, powered and paired. Any one of them can fail without us knowing.

The Service is a tool that improves your odds. It is not insurance and not a guarantee. We are not liable for anything you lose in game — a base, loot, hours played or a wipe — whether an alarm was delivered, late, or never sent at all.

Do not rely on the Service as your only protection for anything that matters to you.

9. Plans and payment

Current plans: Free ($0), Cabinet 12 ($5 / month), Cabinet 30 ($10 / month), Cabinet 12 Forever ($25 once). Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply where you live.

Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard or with /premium; the plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and is not renewed after that.

A new team gets a one-time trial with everything unlocked. One trial per person.

If we change a price, existing subscribers are told at least 30 days in advance and may cancel before the new price applies.

10. Refunds

Fourteen days, any reason, no questions. Write to us within 14 days of a payment and we refund it in full. This applies to the monthly plans and to the one-off "Forever" plan alike.

After those 14 days we do not refund by default, with two exceptions: where the law where you live gives you a stronger right, and where the Service was unavailable through our own fault for more than 72 hours in a row — then we refund that period pro rata or extend your plan by the same time, whichever you prefer.

To ask for a refund, write to [контактный e-mail] from the email on the payment, or from the Telegram account that owns the team. We aim to answer within 3 working days.

11. The "Forever" plan

"Forever" means the lifetime of the Service, not your own lifetime, and we would rather say so up front than let you assume otherwise.

It gives you the Cabinet 12 plan with no recurring payment for as long as the Service runs. If we ever have to shut the Service down, we will give at least 60 days’ notice through the bot and the site, and you will be able to export your team’s data before it closes.

Beyond the 14-day refund window we do not owe a refund if the Service closes, but we will tell you honestly and in good time rather than disappear.

12. Suspension and ending the agreement

You can stop at any time: cancel the plan, unlink Rust+, delete the team.

We may suspend or close an account that does not pay, abuses the Service, breaks section 6, or puts other users or third-party systems at risk. Except where the problem is serious or unlawful, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.

When a team is deleted its data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to the Service and to these Terms

The Service changes: features are added, and occasionally one is removed because a third party removed what it depended on.

We may update these Terms. For any change that materially affects you we give at least 14 days’ notice through the bot or the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new version. The current version took effect on 2026-09-29.

14. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for anything lost inside the game.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for our own fraud or gross negligence, and nothing here removes the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

15. Law, disputes and language

These Terms are governed by the law of [страна]. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

If something is wrong, write to [контактный e-mail] first — nearly everything is settled that way, and quickly.

The English version of these Terms is the binding one. The Russian version is a translation provided for convenience; if the two differ, English governs.
